MultiHelix CEO speaks at major international healthcare conference in Malmö, May 20-22

MultiHelix CEO Ursula Hultkvist Bengtsson has been invited to speak at the 31st International Conference on Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services in Malmö. What has attracted interest is the concept of meeting in a neutral, multihelix format to influence the life science agenda at the regional, national, and international levels. She will discuss how the MultiHelix network has contributed to creating 50 think tanks since its inception in 2016 and, by doing so, to participants’ ”mind expansion”. In her speech, she will address, among other things,

  • How members share a common vision to strengthen Life Science and related sectors regionally, nationally, and internationally. Together, they form new ideas and projects that will be shared with relevant stakeholders and the community.
  • How members are encouraged to act as” critical friends” and propose thoughts for discussions and argumentation in confidence of a safe test bed for ideas and problem-solving. This method encourages questioning of existing structures and systems as well as traditional ways of working.
  • That Multi Helix Think Tank is, at the same time, a meeting place and a workshop where members work from facts and data to create new concepts for their own use and for anyone else interested in testing.
